Shutting Down

Task definition:

A customer, by mistake, continuously heated a Krauss Maffei 3200 with a 160 mm diameter screw when processing PC at 320º C from Friday until Monday. The injection moulding machine therefore had severe cracking and couldn’t be used anymore.

Shutting down using BrandEx® ST10 HK the day before resulted in a high grade of cleanliness!

After basic cleaning using BrandEx® S10 the injection unit was 95 % clean!

After crash-cleaning using BrandEx® C10 the injection unit was 100 % clean!

Conversion to PC crystal clear without problems and 100% spot free!
